ZATCA E-Invoicing Compliance
Deep, field-proven ZATCA expertise. Whether you need compliance added to an existing ERP, a standalone e-invoicing layer, a fully custom build, or a ready-made app — we get you Phase 1 and Phase 2 compliant.
Choose the path that fits your business
From a light touch on your existing ERP to a complete custom platform — every route ends in full ZATCA Phase 1 & Phase 2 compliance.
Add ZATCA to Your Existing System
ZATCA functionality inside the ERP or software you already run
We embed full Phase 1 & Phase 2 ZATCA (Fatoora) compliance directly into your existing ERP or business system — invoice generation, cryptographic stamping, QR codes and real-time API submission — without replacing what already works.
Standalone E-Invoicing Layer
A dedicated e-invoicing system that wraps your legacy software
When your core system is dated, closed or hard to modify, we deploy a separate e-invoicing system that integrates with it. Your legacy tools keep running while a modern compliance layer handles ZATCA end to end.
Build It From Scratch
A custom ZATCA e-invoicing platform with the ERP modules you need
We design and build a ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing system from the ground up — from the invoice engine to the ERP modules and features your business actually uses — fully customized to your workflows and scale.
Ready-Made E-Invoicing App
A proven, deploy-in-days ZATCA e-invoicing application
Skip the build. Our ready-made ZATCA e-invoicing app is production-tested, needs no core changes, and can be running in days — ideal for clinics, restaurants, workshops and SMEs that need to comply fast.
ZATCA's 25th wave is here — and it targets SMEs
ZATCA has announced the 25th wave of the Phase 2 integration mandate, extending e-invoicing compliance to a large group of clinics, restaurants, workshops and small & medium enterprises. If your business falls in this wave, the deadline is fixed and the penalties are real. The time to prepare is now.
More than a deadline
A full integration mandate — not just invoice formats.
Fixed cutoff
Waves are published with hard compliance dates.
Penalties apply
Fines escalate with repeated violations.
Act early
Onboarding + testing takes weeks, not hours.
Everything ZATCA compliance requires
Phase 1 & Phase 2
Full compliance with both the Generation and Integration phases of ZATCA e-invoicing.
Fatoora Onboarding
End-to-end ZATCA portal onboarding, CSID provisioning and device registration.
Cryptographic Stamp
Compliant cryptographic stamping and signing of every invoice and note.
QR Code Generation
Base64 TLV QR codes on simplified and standard invoices, exactly to ZATCA spec.
UBL 2.1 XML
Standards-based UBL 2.1 XML invoice, credit note and debit note generation.
API Submission
Real-time reporting and clearance through the ZATCA Fatoora integration APIs.
Arabic & English
Bilingual invoices with correct Arabic fields, VAT data and tax handling.
POS & Retail
Direct integration with retail POS for instant simplified invoice compliance.
Audit Archive
Tamper-evident, audit-ready storage of every issued and submitted document.
Penalty Protection
Automation that removes the manual gaps that lead to ZATCA fines.
Legacy Integration
Compliance layers that connect to older, closed or proprietary systems.
Compliance Support
Ongoing monitoring, updates and hands-on support as ZATCA rules evolve.
Two phases, one compliance journey
Generation
Produce and store compliant e-invoices. Simplified invoices must carry a QR code; all invoices are kept in a structured, retrievable format.
- Simplified tax invoices
- QR code on B2C invoices
- Structured storage & archiving
Integration
Connect directly to the ZATCA Fatoora platform — signing, stamping and submitting invoices in near real time through the integration APIs.
- UBL 2.1 XML invoices
- Cryptographic stamp & signing
- Reporting & clearance via API
The cost of ignoring ZATCA e-invoicing
Penalties are not theoretical. Failing to issue, store or integrate compliant e-invoices exposes your business to fines that escalate with repeated violations — on top of any VAT-law penalties. Automated, correctly-built compliance is the cheapest insurance you can buy.
Failure to generate or store e-invoices
Financial penalties apply for not issuing or retaining compliant e-invoices as required by ZATCA.
Missing or invalid QR code
Simplified invoices without the mandated QR code breach Phase 1 requirements and attract fines.
Not integrating by your wave deadline
Entities past their wave deadline without Phase 2 integration risk penalties and escalation.
Altering or concealing invoices
Tampering with, hiding or destroying invoices is among the most serious e-invoicing violations.
Repeated non-compliance
Recurring breaches escalate, with penalties that can multiply and reach significant amounts.
Penalty categories reflect ZATCA's published e-invoicing regulations. Exact amounts, thresholds and wave deadlines are set by ZATCA and should be confirmed on the official Fatoora portal for your entity.
ZATCA questions, answered
What is the ZATCA 25th wave and does it apply to me?+
ZATCA rolls out Phase 2 e-invoicing integration in successive waves, each covering entities above a revenue threshold. The 25th wave expands the mandate to large numbers of clinics, restaurants, workshops and SMEs. If you have received a ZATCA notification, or your revenue is nearing the published threshold, you should be preparing now.
We already have an ERP — can you just add ZATCA to it?+
Yes. That is our most common engagement. We integrate ZATCA functionality into your existing ERP or business system so invoicing, stamping and submission happen inside the tools your team already uses.
Our system is old and we cannot change it. Are we stuck?+
No. We build a standalone e-invoicing system that integrates with your legacy software. Your old system continues to operate while the new layer handles full ZATCA compliance on top of it.
Do you also offer a ready-made option?+
Yes. Our ready-made ZATCA e-invoicing app is production-tested and can be deployed in days — a fast path to compliance for clinics, restaurants, workshops and SMEs.
How long does implementation take?+
A ready-made deployment can be live in days. Integrating with an existing ERP typically takes a few weeks depending on complexity, and custom builds are scoped after a discovery session.
What happens if we miss our wave deadline?+
Non-compliance exposes you to financial penalties, and repeated violations escalate. Acting before your deadline — and validating with ZATCA simulation before go-live — is the safest route.
